Score a century Contest ("Contest") The Contest is organised by Yahoo Web Services India Private Limited ("Yahoo! India") and is open during from - 12 Jan to 20 Feb 2006 To participate in the Contest, a Subscriber has to Send CRI to 8243, at least once during the Contest period. In order to be eligible to win prizes the user will have to have scored a Century during a particular Test match or all the ODIs. On scoring a century the user will get a Ringtone free of charge. (This is not applicable for RIM and tata users.) The user can select a free ringtone from the catalogue of tunes given to him. The user with maximum centuries will be eligible to win the bike. In case of a tie, there will be a computerized based draw for selecting the final winner. The Prize(s) shall not be transferable / redeemable for cash. No request shall be entertained by Yahoo! India in this behalf. Employees of Mobile Operators, Yahoo! India and/or their associate and affiliate companies/concerns will not be qualified for winning any prizes in the Contest. Yahoo! India reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the Contest at any time at its own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. Income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of free prize/s, shall be payable by the winner of the respective prize. All costs and expenses for collecting the prize/s will be borne by the winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by Yahoo! India in this regard. Yahoo! India shall not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or any other mishap caused to the Prize(s) after handing over the same to the winner/ his/ her assign(s). Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against Yahoo! India. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this Contest, the decision of Yahoo! India shall be final and binding on all concerned. The Contest shall be subject to jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone. Participation in this Contest implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Contest.
