Yahoo! does not charge the consumer anything. The mobile operators charge for this as follows:

Airtel: Rs. 2 per picture message downloaded (including the cost of the request SMS)

Hutch: Rs. 3 per picture message downloaded (including the cost of the request SMS)

Oasis: Rs. 3 per picture message downloaded (including the cost of the request SMS)

RPG: Rs. 3 (post-paid) per picture message downloaded (including the cost of the request SMS).
