SMS only supports 160 characters per message. If the
email you're reading has more than 160 characters, it
will end with "<more>". If you see this, reply
to the message like this:
sender's screen:
more
Send the message to the default number that appears on
your screen. You will receive the next 160 characters
of the message. Repeat this to read the entire message.
The end of the message is indicated by an "<end>".
